SHEQ Guard (Pty) Ltd helps South African businesses meet their obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993, its regulations and the standards their clients and insurers expect of them.

SHEQ Guard was founded in 2026 by Quintin Grobbelaar, Founder & General Manager, who has worked in occupational health and safety since 2017 — first as a SHE Practitioner supporting businesses across South Africa, then as SHEQ Manager in a manufacturing and packaging business.
After nine years helping more than 100 companies with their safety compliance, he started SHEQ Guard to give businesses one practical partner for safety, health, environment and quality: straightforward advice, done properly, at a fair price.
Based in Pretoria, we serve Gauteng and clients nationwide, in industries ranging from manufacturing and construction to warehousing, logistics and packaging. Today SHEQ Guard delivers the full compliance spectrum — from a once-off risk assessment to a fully managed monthly SHEQ system.
