•  meet our legal obligations, including tax and OHS record-keeping;

•  send service updates and, if you agree, occasional news and offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

We process personal information because it is needed to conclude or perform a contract with you, to comply with the law, for our legitimate business interests, or with your consent (for example for marketing).

5. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with:

•  authorities where the law requires it.

All partners are required to keep your information confidential and secure. We do not sell personal information.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose, or as long as the law requires. For example, tax records are kept for 5 years, and OHS records for the period set by the relevant regulations.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, password-protected systems and secure (HTTPS) website connections. If a security compromise affects you, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.
