At a glance

• Delivery: Off-site (partner laboratory)
• How it works: Calibrated by a SANAS-accredited partner laboratory, either on site or collected and returned, depending on the instrument. A calibration certificate is issued for each instrument. Turnaround is confirmed on quotation.
• Certificate validity: Typically 12 months, or the interval set by your quality system.
• Lead time: Calibration and certificate usually completed within 5 to 10 working days of receiving the equipment.
