Includes document review, physical workplace inspection and employee interviews, and concludes with a scored audit report, a findings register and a prioritised corrective action plan you can act on immediately.

- Delivery: On-site
- How it works: Delivered on site by a SHEQ Guard consultant over one or more days depending on the size of the operation. The written audit report is issued electronically after the visit and presented to management. Travel is included within 50 km of our Pretoria office; beyond 50 km it is quoted separately.
- Certificate validity: Recommended annually; a verification audit 3 to 6 months later confirms findings are closed.
- Lead time: First available audit date is usually within 5 to 10 working days of order confirmation. Dates are subject to availability, and you are welcome to book further ahead. Audit report issued within 1 week of the audit.
