Proof load test and inspection of lifting shackles, certified and tagged for use and recorded in your lifting tackle register. Priced per shackle.

At a glance

• Delivery: On-site (partner technician)
• How it works: Carried out on site at your premises by a registered lifting machinery inspector or technician arranged by SHEQ Guard; major repairs are done at the service provider's workshop. Test certificates and identification tags issued on completion. Travel is included within 50 km of our Pretoria office; beyond 50 km it is quoted separately.
• Certificate validity: Inspection and load test at least every 12 months by a Lifting Machinery Inspector (Driven Machinery Regulations). Tackle must also be checked in-house before use.
• Lead time: Inspection usually within 5 to 10 working days of order confirmation. Dates are subject to availability, and you are welcome to book further ahead. Certificates issued on completion; repairs are quoted after the inspection.
