A complete construction health and safety file compiled in line with the Construction Regulations — health and safety plan, legal appointments, up to 10 task risk assessments, fall protection plan, method statements, emergency plan, medical certificates, training records, PPE and inspection registers. Accepted on site from day one.

At a glance

• Delivery: Remote / digital
• How it works: Compiled remotely from information you supply, with a site visit where task risk assessments require one. Delivered as a printed file, a digital file, or both, ready for submission to the principal contractor or client.
• Certificate validity: Keep updated for the duration of the contract; review at least once a year.
• Lead time: Compiled to the specification provided by your client or principal contractor. Issued within 7 working days of receiving all required information; the file can only be completed once all information has been provided. Approval by your client or principal contractor depends on the information supplied and cannot be guaranteed.
