Our most comprehensive package — a monthly retainer covering the full development and upkeep of your SHEQ management system. Includes system and documentation creation, legal appointments, risk assessments, OHS inspections, toolbox talks and inductions, incident and IOD support, annual legal compliance audit, COID claims management, KPI reporting and on-call support.
At a glance
- Delivery: On-site
- How it works: A scheduled two-hour site visit each month plus ongoing remote and on-call support in between. All documentation is supplied and maintained digitally, with a written feedback report each month. Travel is included within 50 km of our Pretoria office; beyond 50 km it is quoted separately.
- Lead time: First visit usually within 5 to 10 working days of order confirmation. Dates are subject to availability, and you are welcome to book further ahead. Visit report issued within 1 week of each visit.
