A quarterly retainer covering the core of your SHEQ management system — system and documentation creation, legal appointments, risk assessments, inspections, training coordination, incident and IOD support, KPI reporting and on-call support. Suited to lower-risk operations or businesses with an internal SHE representative already in place.
At a glance
- Delivery: On-site
- How it works: A scheduled three-hour site visit each quarter plus ongoing remote and on-call support in between. Documentation is supplied and maintained digitally, with a written feedback report each quarter. Travel is included within 50 km of our Pretoria office; beyond 50 km it is quoted separately.
- Lead time: First visit usually within 5 to 10 working days of order confirmation. Dates are subject to availability, and you are welcome to book further ahead. Visit report issued within 1 week of each visit.
